I'm looking for a provider of software to manage Quality Incidents in a production environment. This would cover both internal and external (supplier) incidents and would cover workflow for logging, categorisation, investigation / root cause & preventative / corrective action. Preference is for a MS SharePoint solution (either hosted or application) but would consider other. Any ideas?
