Notice is hereby given that: the Extraordinary General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in the UK will be held at the Hallam Street Conference Centre, 44 Hallam Street, London W1W 6JJ on Thursday 20 October 2011 commencing at 3.00pm to conduct the following business:
