Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Institute Members, is to be held at 13.00 on Wednesday 3rd August 2011 at The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, Earlstrees Court, Earlstrees Road, Corby, Northants, NN17 4AX, to conduct the following as ordinary business:
• To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2010 and the reports of the directors and auditors
• To reappoint Mazars LLP auditors and to authorise the directors to agree their remuneration
