Does anyone have experience using electronic Kanban or pull systems? I'm looking at a simple mechanism to trigger replenishment over distance rather than sophisticated software solutions

We have a Just In Time daily delivery system working very well with a key customer.

While it works with their intranet /planning board and our JIT /MRP, it does involve a human link in the middle. If you want an automatic system, this is not the example.

Can you describe what you are looking for in more detail?
