Up to 80% of Lean (and Six Sigma) improvement programmes will fail to achieve results that stick – however, many of the problems that lead to failure could have been predicted and dealt with prior to the start of the improvement process.
This workshop focuses on the critical skills required to deliver successful improvement by providing delegates with the awareness of how to prepare for, implement and sustain Lean Improvement Programmes including the management systems and structures that need to be put in place.
Due to the nature of this workshop it is not suitable for Lean beginners.
