This interactive and highly practical exercise introduces you to Lean in both an operational environment and in ‘offices and service sectors’. This workshop is applicable to those who have some experience of Lean and want to go add to their knowledge as well as those who have an interest in Lean and want some formal training to understand what it is, how it works and how to make it work.
Using practical exercises, presentations and interactive discussions, this fast paced workshop delivers value to both experienced Lean practitioners and beginners. This workshop is applicable to delegates from all sectors and will use case studies drawn from both the public and private sector.
