Over the last few years the Rolls-Royce Inchinnan facility has become an exemplar of what the business sees as a high performing manufacturing facility.
The site has achieved this through a drive to understand and monitor all key elements of it's manufacturing and operational performance and through a culture of improvement and engagement with it's workforce.
The visit will demonstrate elements of this with a particular focus on our appproach to Right First Time - our ability to gather real-time process capability data and provde operators and managers with good information with which to make sound decisions which improve quality, deliver business results and reduce cost.
