This two day programme provides a more in-depth understanding of the tools and approaches to Value Stream Mapping and allows participants to experience all aspects of the process from initial Scoping using A3s through to creating a realistic Future State and implementation plan.
From understanding how your processes work today and what the problems are that are preventing you from being successful, through to designing a ‘Future State’ and an associated implementation plan, this intensive workshop takes people from beginner to practitioner level in using the tools and concepts of Value Stream Mapping.
