This practical one-day course will give delegates an overview of Lean thinking and how to use mapping tools to help their organisation effectively transform from current to future state. Various mapping tools will be examined, including classic value stream mapping, process mapping, amplification mapping and financial mapping. Types of service map will also be briefly examined.
A simulation will be played to illustrate the concepts. Delegates will leave the course with the ability to map their company's current state and propose a good future state.
This one-day course is aimed at middle to senior managers from all organisational functions, but especially those working in materials management, kaizen and Lean.
