Organisations the world over continue to look for ways to cut costs, do more for less, and increase productivity. They do this alongside the continued objective of product or service innovation and customer focus. Oracle started its own transformation journey some 10 years ago and within a year had taken $1bn of cost out of its business and today has improved its operating margins from 20% to >40%. This interactive session will have a look at our journey, the successes and the failures along the way.

Please join the IOM Scotland team and fellow professionals in Linlithgow to hear from Caroline Stuart (Director, Oracle Scotland) how Oracle has propelled its success. Caroline's presentation will be followed by an opportunity to informally meet fellow IOM professionals. The visit will be hosted in the World Class Executive Briefing Center, and will allow you to see some of the latest computer products offered by Oracle -Offering demo's on some "cool technology!".

Please note the delegate list for this event will be vetted.

You can find the map and directions to Oracle here.
