Introduction to implementing MRP ll to maximise business success

Overview:
Both ERP and supply chain management are subjects that require an understanding of business operations, planning and execution. This course gives an insight into how the best practice business principles and concepts of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP ll) can be applied in the creation and running of an effective and efficient supply chain to maximise business success.

This course provides the level of knowledge required for attendance on the more detailed two-day course, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP ll).

  • Material requirements planning (MRP)
  • Manufacturing resource planning (MRP ll)
  • Enterprise resource planning (ERP)
  • Closing the loop and performance measurement

Learning outcomes:
Delegates will gain a fundamental knowledge of the principles and concepts of MRP and MRP ll and supports delegates to progress to the subsequent more in-depth course.
